Monthly Tuition & Fees:

2010-2011 Fee & Schedule

Policies:

Registration Fee: $100.00 per child, annual fee (non-transferable, non-refundable).

Deposit: $300.00 as an account deposit is payable in advance at the time the admission agreement is signed.

The deposit is refundable with 30-day written notice.

Bilingual Program Books Fee: Total of $95.00 for Phonics Book & CD and Poems Books and CDs.

Class Activity Fee: In addition to our regular class activities, your child’s teachers will also conduct and schedule some classroom activities/projects such as field trips, classroom parties, special guest events, etc. Your child’s teacher will collect a yearly fund to cover the activities/projects planned. Because many activities need to be pre-arranged, this class activity fund will be non-refundable and non-transferable.

Program Termination: A 30-day written notice is required to withdraw from the program.

Late Charge: Children attending all programs should arrive and be picked up according to their designated schedule with 10 minutes grace period (except the Full Time program-no grace period). Any child arriving before the arrival time or staying after the pick up time will be charged a penalty of $1.00 per minute. Full time (7:00 a.m.-6:00 pm.) students staying after pick up time-6:00 pm. will be charged a penalty of $1.00 per minute, payable in cash or check directly to the teachers who stay with your child.

Day Care Service: “School Day” and part-time children who need extended hours of service may request day care service through the school office (Except the Full-Time Program – no extended day care service before 7:00 am or 6:00 pm). Day care service must be pre-arranged and upon approval, a fee of $10.00 per hour (no fraction) must be prepaid at the office. However, if there is an emergency situation which will cause you to be unable to pickup your child on time, you may request day care service by phone. Any day care service will be charged by the hour, for a minimum of one hour; no fractions. The parents of any child who arrives or stays after his/her assigned schedule after the 10 minutes grace period without notifying the office will be assessed a penalty charge of $1.00 per minute.

Sibling Discount: A 10% sibling discount will apply toward the lowest tuition rate within the family. 

Refund Policy: There will be NO REFUND for illness, holidays, vacation, teacher training workshop days, or any school shut down days.

Lunch: Lunch is not included. School Lunch is available. Price is subject to change. To join the lunch program, please contact the school office.

Additional School T-Shirt / Sweatshirt Fee: T-shirt: $12.00. Sweatshirt: $18.00.

Additional Parent-Teacher Communication Envelope Fee: $3.00

Health Policy:

In order to protect your child as well as other children from contagious disease, whenever a child displays a symptom of communicable disease or contagious disease, including but not limited to fever or vomiting, he or she should stay home. If they develop symptoms of communicable or contagious disease at school, we will call you or your designee(s) on your child’s emergency form to pick up your child and take them home.

Holidays:

We observe all holidays listed in our School Calendar including Spring Break and Winter Vacation. The full monthly tuition is due whether the school is closed or a child is absent due to illness or any other reason.
