Scheduling Options:

Families may choose one time schedule and one day schedule to suit their needs:

* Extended care available from 6 - 7 pm. Please check with office for more details.

07:00 - 08:45	Greetings and free play/exploration of the prepared environment.
08:45 - 09:00	Clean-up, check diaper/go potty, wash hands.
09:00 - 09:30	Group snack time.
09:30 - 09:45	Morning circle: songs, calendar, weather, Montessori job demonstration and/or theme discussion.
09:45 - 10:45	Montessori job work time.
10:45 - 11:00	Check diaper/go potty, wash hands.
11:00 - 11:30	Outdoor play.
11:30 - 11:45	Wash hands, prepare lunch.
11:45 - 12:15	Lunch time.
12:15 - 12:30	Set up for nap.
12:30 - 02:45	Nap time.
02:45 - 03:15	Wake up, clean-up, diaper check/go potty, wash hands.
03:15 - 03:30	Snack time.
03:30 - 04:00	Afternoon circle – stories, music & movement, fingerplays.
04:00 - 04:45	Montessori job work time.
04:45 - 05:00	Diaper check/potty; wash hands.
05:00 - 05:30	Play outside.
05:30 - 06:00	Quiet activities.
06:00	Pick-up; end of day

02:15 - 02:30	Afternoon circle: stories, music & movement, fingerplays.
02:30 - 03:00	Free play/exploration of the prepared environment.
03:00 - 03:30	Outdoor play.
03:30 - 05:00	Montessori job work time. Snack available during this time.
05:00 - 05:15	bathroom.
05:15 - 06:00	Stories, puzzles, table games.
06:00	Pick-up; end of day.

11:30 - 12:10	Wash hands/lunch
12:10 - 12:35	Clean-up/prep for nap/story
12:35 - 12:45	Bathroom
12:45 - 02:15	Nap (rest and then activities in another room for those who don't nap)
02:15 - 02:30	Wake up/clean up/bathroom
02:30 - 02:45	Afternoon circle in Chinese: Chinese lesson, songs, games, movement & music, stories, group activities.
02:45 - 04:15	Language jobs work time (Mandarin Chinese and English). Snack available during this time.
04:15 - 04:30	Clean-up, prepare to go outside.
04:30 - 05:00	Playground.
05:00 - 06:00	Table games, stories, free drawing and coloring.
06:00	Pick-up; end of day

12:00 - 01:00	Arrival, wash hands, set places for lunch, have lunch!
01:00 - 02:00	Homework.
02:00 - 03:00	Snack, arts, crafts, board games, reading.
03:00 - 03:45	Early arrivals – outdoor activities. Late Arrivals (after 3:00): 1. Snack 2. Homework - to be checked for completion by teacher 3. Play – only after homework is completed
03:45 - 04:00	Clean up outside, use bathroom.
04:00 - 05:00	Language groups (Mon-Thurs.). * Fridays are review days, project days, or social days
05:00 - 05:30	Outdoor play.
05:30 - 05:40	Use bathroom.
05:40 - 06:30	Read, quiet games, work puzzles.
06:30	Pick-up; end of day
